Every booking is fulfilled by an estate car — more boot space than the standard saloon most operators quote for, at the same fixed price. Up to 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases, and hand luggage as standard; tell us if you need more room and we'll size the vehicle correctly.

Assistance at Heathrow itself
Separately from your taxi, Heathrow and your airline offer special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility inside the terminal — help through check-in, security, and to the gate. This is usually best requested directly with your airline in advance of travel, ideally a few days ahead rather than on the day, so it's arranged alongside your taxi booking rather than instead of it.
