Fixed pricing
The price quoted at booking is fixed to your stated pickup address and Heathrow terminal. It is not affected by traffic conditions, route taken, or journey duration on the day. A different price applies only if the pickup address or terminal changes from what was booked.
Cancellations and changes
You may amend the date, time, or pickup address free of charge, and cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked pickup time. Cancellations made after that point may be subject to a charge.
Flight monitoring
Where a flight number is provided at booking, we monitor the departure status and adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. It is the passenger's responsibility to provide an accurate flight number and to confirm departure details with the airline.
Luggage and passengers
Our estate car carries up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases and hand luggage. Please advise us in advance of additional luggage, passengers, or equipment (such as golf clubs or child seats) so the appropriate vehicle can be arranged.
Licensing and insurance
All vehicles and drivers operate under UK private hire licensing and hold full insurance for hire and reward.
