The Car
Estate car, 6 seater or 8 seater
The Toyota Corolla Estate takes up to 4 passengers and 3 large suitcases. For bigger groups there is a 6 seater Toyota Prius+ (3 large suitcases) and an 8 seater Mercedes-Benz Vito (8 large suitcases). Choose the vehicle in the booking form.
Vehicle sizing for groups
Our estate car fits up to 4 passengers with 3 large suitcases. For a bigger group, choose the 6 seater (up to 6 passengers, 3 large suitcases) or the 8 seater (up to 8 passengers, 8 large suitcases) when you book. For more than 8, get in touch about more than one vehicle travelling together.
One fixed price, split however you like
The price is fixed per vehicle, not per passenger, so a group booking one larger car together is usually more cost-effective per person than booking separately or splitting into multiple standard cars.
Coordinating multiple flights or terminals
If your group is flying on different airlines from different terminals, tell us each flight when you book — we can either arrange separate drop-offs at each terminal on one trip, or coordinate multiple cars arriving together, whichever suits your group better.
Booking for a wedding party, stag or hen group, or club trip
Groups travelling together for an event — a wedding party heading to the same destination, a club or society trip, or a stag or hen do — often have a single organiser handling the booking. One point of contact confirming numbers, terminal, and pickup addresses keeps this simple; we're happy to liaise directly with whoever's coordinating.
